In the past year, Ruby Star Society has seen an uptick in selvedge collecting, with people using the selvedges to create adorable quilt labels, name tags, bags, garments, and more. You name it, someone’s made it! In honor of this trend, they are introducing their Selvedge Magic Mini Collection! The star of this collection, the Selvedge Magic print, is running yardage that includes almost every selvedge they've ever done in their 11 years of working together!

Our world’s oceans are deep and confounding, hiding a million mysteries we have yet to discover. Tula approached this like a floral collection but instead of the usual land flowers we are so used to she replaced the bouquets with sprigs of coral, anemones and seaweed. Mixed among these water florals are the shadows of sharks, colorful seahorses, tropical fish and kraits with the occasional octopus tentacle for good measure.

Designed and produced in Australia, Kylie and The Machine launched in 2017 with a small range of woven labels for the home sewist. When it become clear that this was exactly what was missing in the sewing community, KATM continues to bring joy and delight with their cheeky labels and accessories.
