Yes. If there are multiple orders placed within 12 hours of each other we will gladly combine your orders and refund the difference in shipping overages. For more info on shipping please visit our shipping policy for details.

Since we are launching our new website we are only shipping within the US. However, we will be offering international shipping in the future.

All orders ship within 1-3 Business Days, unless the items are classified as PREORDER. If so, you will see PREORDER in the item title. Also, some quilt kits take an extra 1-2 days for processing as they are cut to order may have a lot of fabrics to cut - these are specified in product descriptions.

All orders containing preorder items are held until every Preorder item has arrived. If you'd like your in-stock items to ship now, please place separate orders for all in-stock items and Preorder items. We will not ship them separately if you only placed one order. 

Yes! If you live in the Twin Cities area please contact me to schedule a time and date after your order has been placed.

All sales are final unless incorrect items were shipped or missing. We'll make it right! Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to ensure we can correct your order. We are unable to accommodate any requests after this time window. 
As a general rule, we do NOT offer cancellations. This particularly applies on PREORDER items as we order those fabrics based on the pre-sales of those fabrics.  All PREORDERS are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
In the event we do accept a cancellation before it has shipped, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and are issued toward your original form of payment.

Yes! Please leave a note in the comment section of your cart that you wish your 1/4 yd to be cut as a FQ (18"x22") instead. If there are no comments left we will cut a standard 1/4 yd (9"x44").

Yes. You will find all available out of print fabric in the Etsy store only. However, if you wish to purchase from the Etsy store and this store please message me before you order and I will gladly create a custom order for you to combine shipping.

We will offer preorders on our most desirable collections. Placing a Preorder means you are reserving fabric by paying for a listing up-front, before Alli's Fabbies receives this fabric in hand.  Since we do not have the fabric in hand at the time of the preorder, please understand that we will ship all preorder fabrics immediately upon receiving.  The estimated date of arrival is clearly noted in each preorder listing.  Sometimes a manufacturer can experience delays or mis-shipments, and these situations are outside of our control.  If for any reason there is an issue with your preorder (ie delays, missing piece, etc), we will contact you immediately to make you aware of the situation, and proceed to find a reasonable solution.  

Please know that all Preorder sales are final.  Preorder sales cannot be canceled, altered, traded or combined with other orders.  We appreciate your understanding.

If you have ordered in stock items with preordered items we will ship the order once all of the items become available. We do not ship in stock items ahead of preordered items when they are ordered together. 

In each product listing you will see information on when to expect fabrics to arrive. These items are available to preorder and the arrival date is an estimation that is subject to change without notice. Most often the ETA given by manufactures are by month and not defined when within that month we can expect shipment. We cannot guarantee ship dates, however, we will try our best to communicate any longer than expected delays shared by any manufacturer. Please understand that Alli's Fabbies is a one woman shop and we will try our best to ship your order within 42 hours of receiving. Please be on the lookout for a tracking number for your order.
